I joined 1 force in the new year after being out of training for a few months. The appeal for me was the personal training element and needing to book sessions. I need someone to keep me accountable and push me and thats exactly what you get at 1 force! I had never really done weights training before and now I am absolutely loving it! I primarily train with Becky and I love that she pushes me to achieve more, even when I think I can’t. Knowing she thinks I can and having her there to support and encourage me is amazing!
